I bring over 20 years of leadership experience across professional sports, global media and corporate sectors, with a proven record of turning EDI intent into measurable action through embedded sustainable cultural change. My work ensures that workforces are empowered by strategies prioritising equity, inclusion and wellbeing and leaders are empowered to lead on their inclusion ambitions and become more comfortable and confident engaging with their people about it.
